appview: upsert star/reaction/follow records Most service flow will be: 1. start db transaction 2. run db operation 3. run PDS operation 4. rollback db if anything above failed 5. commit transaction If PDS operation succeed, don't try rollback anymore. appview: remove validator - RBAC should be enforced on service logic. - We should not check for referenced records existence from db due to the nature of atproto. - Comment depth validation is not necessary. appview/ingester: fix pull ingestion for some blobs, pull ingestion would spuriously fail. this was because the surrounding context was cancelled as soon as gctx.Wait returned. for smaller blobs, this did not affect blob fetches. as a scientific test, some cleverly insert time.Sleeps can help reproduce the issue for any blob size and on any setup (localinfra or otherwise). this change permits blob contents to be read even when the surrounding context is cancelled. appview/timeline: collapse identical events Group consecutive timeline events (defined as being the same action and operating on the same target) together so that the same target is not seen multiple times in a row. This notably does not completely aggregate all events together, so the timeline may still appear as "A B A" if several instances of event A were broken up by event B. For collapsed groups, we render "and N other user(s)" in the description of the event, with a popover that shows the collapsed users if "N other user(s)" is hovered.
