Also adds an icon for the suite.

Adds:
- Local time (HH:MM:SS)
- UTC offset (for setting up local NTP instances)
- (Omits Daylight savings time offset at the moment; is this needed?)
- "Sky Changes" ie. the different phases of day/night/twilight, and minutes offset from the most recent local midnight for the next 24 hours from now.

Sky Changes may eventually also hold weather information.
