fix(site): drop non-spec rel=alternate at:// link standard.site declares the backing record via a single <link rel="site.standard.publication">. the extra rel="alternate" pointing at an at:// uri is not part of the spec, is read by nothing (cardyb resolves the publication rel directly), and misuses alternate (which is for fetchable alternate representations, not at:// uris).
