Add section dividers for navigation in longer files, expand docstrings
on key functions (why we use temp directories for editing, why we track
parse positions, why we strip ignorable namespaces before XSD validation),
and add WHY comments for non-obvious design decisions (0.5-inch row
grouping tolerance, 0.05-inch overlap threshold, ODT fallback for
document conversion, LibreOffice profile conflict avoidance).

- Four structural fingerprints: hedge openers, tricolon lists, em-dash bridges, resolution closers
- Banned word lists: verbs, nouns, adjectives, phrases
- Structural anti-patterns: uniform sentence length, repetitive openings, uniform paragraphs, rhetorical non-questions, clean binary oppositions, rule of three, over-explanation
- Nine concrete alternatives: vary length, vary openings, replace abstracts with specifics, domain terminology, read aloud, end without wrapping up, take positions, allow imperfection, cut filler before replacing
- British English, em dashes, declarative style
