slirp-eio: batch ready host receives Combine queued host reads per flow so 256 KiB splice buffers can fill full-sized GSO frames. Encode core topology, emitters, checksum mode, and GSO batching in an abstract TCP configuration so invalid offload combinations cannot be built. Reject incompatible VZ flags before VM startup and record the batch distribution. Loaded-host P16/Q4 pairs moved the median from 68.65 to 77.20 Gbit/s with zero device or guest errors.
