feat: optional Signal mirroring via signal-cli-rest-api Refactors output into independent, fail-soft targets with per-target idempotency (state/last.json tracks each target's last key). Adds a Signal adapter that PUTs the avatar to a signal-cli-rest-api sidecar. signalMirror = 'events' (only push on bg/holiday change, skipping daily weather/ring churn) or 'all'. Disabled unless SIGNAL_API_URL + SIGNAL_NUMBER are set.
