nvidia: Cap niri's free-buffer pool reuse via app profile NVIDIA proprietary driver fails to release VRAM back into the heap on Wayland compositors, so a niri session creeps toward ~1 GiB resident when it should sit around ~100 MiB. Drop a per-process application profile pinning GLVidHeapReuseRatio=0 for procname niri; the driver reads it at niri startup, so a relog is needed for the fix to take effect on a running session.
