Add per-class calendar subscriptions and fix stale docs New route GET /calendar/{slug}.ics lets users subscribe to specific class types (yoga, cross, pilates, zumba, etc.) instead of the full default-filtered calendar. Includes 14 slugs plus 'all' for unfiltered. Fix TAILSCALE.md references to old Python server (calendars/, main.py). Update PLAN.md phase statuses and remove non-existent file references.
