hone-prompts: slice the static base back out, refresh the stale snapshot Two follow-ups to the attribute fix. The old query got parts[0], which was the static base alone; gen_ai.system_instructions[0] concatenates the base with every dynamic block, so "render the base you hone" stopped working. It now slices on the first block label ([YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE], the first registered injector), verified against a live span. Also documents rendering the base from source as a cross-check — it is deterministic (personality file + _build_operational_instructions), so diffing it against the logfire slice shows whether prod is running your tree. scratch/prompts/phi.md was stale by an unknown margin: an older personality (a changelog line that no longer exists) plus the semble routing and inspect_record_media restatements removed earlier today.
