catapult: group spans by an arg key and shard parsing across domains summary now reads the trace with the streaming fold, so a trace far larger than memory is summarised in one pass. --by <key> groups spans by the value of one argument instead of by the span tree, and --jobs <n> shards the parse across worker domains, merging the partial aggregates back to exactly the serial result.
